Easy-to-use automatic telephone reminder software with built-in calendar scheduling. Ideal for time sensitive and customer based business, organizations and professional offices. The reminder messages can be appointments, meetings, medication, bill due, birthday greetings or any message of your creation. The reminder message includes attendee name, date and time, callback number, message confirmation and replay. Message uses human voice and/or text to speech technology to convert text into voice over the phone. It understands voice command over the phone. The receiver can use voice command to confirm, cancel, replay or leave messages. Detailed call status report are created after the calls are made. Very easy to download, install and use. Once downloaded, just click on the AutoReminder icon installed on your computer. The software will guide you through the appointment scheduling process and automatically dials out at your specified time. Make sure to connect your modem to a working phone line. Minimal hardware requirement: PC running Windows XP or 2000, a voice modem and a good sound card so the message played over the phone doesn't sound muffled. The software works with either regular phone line or Voice Over IP (VoIP). A free download is available. License and support can also be purchased. The software has built-in import feature allows easy integration with your existing office management software. It also has web interface access and command line interface which allows IT engineer to automate telephone reminder service with existing database and applications. Voicent also offer integration and import service upon your request. A must have office management and scheduling software.
