Taceo also provides a right click access Wizard that applies rights management protections to files, preventing forwarding, printing and screen capture, and guides the user through assigning email recipients with ease. Users can set expiration times/dates on email and files, as well as digital rights permissions that evolve with time to maintain control on how long their documents can be accessed. Advanced rights permissions are available within the main application, such as adding comments or signature lines. Multiple recipient groups may be designated as well as multiple timelines with changing rights management. Taceo Pro allows authoring of unlimited file sizes, enabling secure delivery of multi-page documents with rights management applied and enforced, no matter where they travel.
Taceo supports over 30 popular file types, including PDFs and Microsoft Office documents, giving users the power to exchange information securely without disrupting workflow. Peer-to-peer architecture eliminates the need for costly server licenses, and facilitates the receipt of secure content beyond the firewall. No passwords or manual key exchange are required, and anyone can download the free (Taceo FE) version for full viewing rights.
