StampIt, a Word XP/2000/97 add-in, ends the hassle of creating and using watermarks and eliminates the need for or use of rubber or self-inking stamps for document marking and identification. Among other features, StampIt embeds a graphic word or phrase in the text of the document at the time of printing on any or all pages, as desired. The hollow and watermark words and phrases do not effect readability and insure document integrity and tracking. Users can print multiple copies of the same document, with different words or phrases on each copy, all in one print session. For example, StampIt can print 5 copies of a document: an un-stamped original, a copy with FILE COPY, two copies with CLIENT COPY and a CHRON FILE copy all at the same time and all collated. Stamps can be left in any document for permanent identification. StampIt also eliminates unnecessary and inconvenient trips to the copy machine and is being developed for Excel XP/2000/97. It has been tested and approved by Microsoft as an update to Word XP/2000/97. Fully functional free trial version.
