The CM-10-25 Crew Maker Spreadsheet creates crews from a pool of employees with up to 5 different skills assigned to jobs with specified start and stop dates. The spreadsheet can schedule up to 25 employees to up to 10 jobs and produces 13-week scheduling calendars and individual schedules. You simply list your employees and their skills in one table and create work crews in another table. The spreadsheet alerts you if you have assigned someone to overlapping crews. The spreadsheet comes in other sizes to accommodate up to 200 employees and 50 jobs over a 13-week period. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required. During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to schedule start dates and the number of schedules displayed. Spreadsheets for other scheduling applications are available at the website
