Exclaimer consists of a suite of tools to enhance your Exchange 2000/2003 server.
You can add legal disclaimers and signatures to all or selected mail passing through the Exchange server. Colors, images and fields from the Active Directory can be embedded into the disclaimers to automatically personalise each email. Signed and encrypted emails are supported, as well as all email formats.
Exclaimer also has one of the most powerful and accurate anti-spam systems available. This next-generation anti-spam technology uses a number of new techniques to prevent unwanted email reaching your users mailboxes. Exclaimer has none of the limitations and negatives associated with other anti-spam systems, requiring no training or maintenance, remaining highly effective over time, and keeping false positives to an absolute minimum.
The other features provide server-based auto-responding, email blocking and redirection, and email monitoring and archiving.
