The payment date is calculated using either the due date or a projected days to pay that you specify. You select how to display the data: by invoice or summarized by vendor/customer or at the higher level of category (a group of related vendors or customers). Then simply drag and drop balances from one projected column to another to reflect your current assumptions about payment times. You can add upcoming payrolls, other recurring cash expenses and open purchase orders to give you a true cash flow picture.
